Year 12 Health and Social Care students from Bishop Auckland Excellence experienced a series of workshops illustrating career opportunities in: Physiotherapy, Radiography, Nursing and Occupational Therapy, at St Martin's College Carlisle.
Workshops were followed by a tour of the campus and a question and answer session.

"When we went to St Martin's College in Carlisle, it was a very eye-opening and enlightening day as we got an insight into various courses that the college provided and possible career options.
The College itself was a very health based college which is ideal for those who want to pursue careers such as physiotherapy, nursing, occupational health and radiography. As well as this the student accommodation was the best, and the Student's Union catered for most needs by providing a bar and a venue for social activities onsite."
